Reworked Treasures, when fashion meets performance!
The Assignment
Reworked Treasures is a platform for exclusively restocked, reworked, and limited-edition garments, loved by a global community of fashion enthusiasts. With drops that sell out in minutes and a growing follower base, an entirely new technical solution was required to handle the demand. The mission: to build a fast, stable, and bespoke e-commerce platform, from the ground up.
We built the new site in WordPress with Breakdance, and developed a range of custom features to create hype, exclusivity and technical reliability ahead of each launch.

Technical Solution
We created an entirely custom solution in WooCommerce where users can buy virtual early access keys, digital products that give them access to the shop five minutes before everyone else. This feature has become a central part of the brand's sense of community and contributes to sales-driving FOMO ahead of each drop.
Every month, up to 10,000 people gather on the site ahead of the drop. We developed a custom global countdown timer, synced to the user's local time, creating a shared experience no matter where in the world you are.
Earlier versions of the site often crashed under pressure, so our main focus became optimizing performance, building smart cache management, limiting unnecessary resources and creating a smooth backend for the team. The result is a stable, responsive platform that holds up, even under extreme traffic.
The results
We have transformed Reworked Treasures from a vulnerable webshop into a high-performing, community-driven e-commerce platform. With innovative features, robust performance and a seamless user experience, we have created a digital infrastructure that matches the brand's ambition and pace.
